SATURDAY AT PRAVDA. Tom and his friend Brad are having a party over at Pravda on Boylston Street tonight. Party starts 10 pm. In their words:

"We did our best to come up with an excuse to throw a party on October 11. We found out that this day has enjoyed everything from the coronation of King George II (1727) to the signing of the South African / European Free Trade Agreement (1999). Clearly, we didn't have much to go on. But who needs an excuse to throw a party?"

I say anytime a free trade agreement is signed is a perfect time to party.
